Needle Felting Workshop with Jenni Kilgallon: 18th January 11am - Flat Felting - Mermaid

Learn a new craft and go home with your very own unique felted painting!!! 

Enjoy 3 hours of relaxing, felting fun in our cosy upstairs. You will join a small group of like minded craft-enthusiasts for this lesson, so individual attention and guidance is guaranteed. Maximum group size will be 10 people. All materials are included along with tea/coffee and a light lunch! 

In this workshop you will learn how to blend the wool to create colours, contrasts, textures and background shading that hasn't been possible to thoroughly explore in our shorter workshops. We will also be using a range of different fabrics, embellishments, and textures which will allow you to get really creative and make your piece truly unique!

This is a really fun activity to do either on your own, with a group of friends or family, or maybe to surprise a loved one with (...a unique gift that keeps on giving!). 

*This class is suitable for teenagers and adults, but unfortunately not for children, as we use sharp needles in the felting process.

Some designs can require a bit more skill than others so for younger groups in particular, we can choose times and designs that suit especially.
