Shannon is an Irish illustrator, interested in fairy tales, knitwear, mythology, plants, feminism and of course excellent storytelling found in books and animation.
She is a graduate of Limerick School of Art and Design. She tries to create images that examine the role of fiction and its ability to shape our perception of reality.
"Every parent knows a secret, that gives them quite a fright, when they realise they can't get everything right. Though parents deny this, it's very much true, you see parents with babies just haven't a clue!"
